Why did my transaction fail?

It’s possible that your transaction failed for a number of reasons, including:

  1. Illegal or otherwise blocked merchant (law-breaking, gambling, etc.) or country
  2. Overlimit, or delinquent on payments (failing to pay at least the minimum balance).
  3. Card is suspended due to Lost, Stolen, Fraud or cardholder has changed status as such (e.g. temporarily disabling a virtual card)
